Oracle Business Intelligence License Key Files

The Siebel Business Analytics product line has been renamed to Oracle Business Intelligence. Siebel Analytics Platform has been renamed to Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (EE) and Siebel Business Analytics Applications have been renamed to Oracle Business Intelligence Applications.

The current releases of Oracle Business Intelligence do not require license keys for installation. The files and instructions below apply to Oracle Business Intelligence releases prior to 10.1.3.2 of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and 7.9.0 of Oracle Business Intelligence Applications.

If you are currently planning a new installation of an earlier Oracle BI / Siebel Analytics release or wish to add functionality to an existing installation of an earlier Analytics environment, you should consider upgrading to the current release of Oracle BI software. The license key files found below can be used for new installation of Oracle BI Applications / Siebel Analytics Applications or for adding applications to an existing Oracle BI / Siebel Analytics environment. Please note that in order to add applications to an existing environment, follow the instructions in FAQ 2260: How Do You Turn on Additional Licensed Functionality or Components Without Reinstalling Siebel Business Analytics? which can be found at: http://supportweb.siebel.com (login and password required). Oracle BI Applications — ERP Content

Download one of the five license key files to integrate Oracle BI Applications with applications other than Siebel CRM. These zip files also contain the Oracle BI EE Server / Siebel Analytics Platform file that you will need.

If you plan to integrate Oracle BI Applications with two or more of these choices, use the All ERP Content apps license key file below:

Oracle BI Applications — CRM Content

Download the appropriate license key file from the table below to integrate Oracle BI Applications with your Siebel CRM environment. If you have an earlier Siebel CRM version not listed here (example: Siebel 2000/ v6.3), click here for license code support resources. These .zip files also contain the Oracle BI EE Server / Siebel Analytics Platform file you require.

Some products may require a Siebel CRM license key in order to configure Oracle BI with Siebel CRM. See Integrating Oracle Business Intelligence with Siebel CRM.

Oracle Business Intelligence EE Server / Analytics Platform License Key File

Follow the directions in the Quick Install Guide and in the Siebel Analytics Installation and Configuration Guide which you downloaded along with the Oracle Business Intelligence EE Server / Siebel Analytics Platform software from Oracle Electronic Delivery. Please be sure to review the "Prerequisites to Analytics" section in this Installation and Configuration guide before proceeding.

The Oracle BI Applications license key files above also contain the Oracle BI EE Server / Analytics Platform license key file. You do not need to download it again.
