Forms Integrity Manager for Oracle

To temporarily run Forms Integrity Manager for Oracle, download this temporary license file: streamdiff_Temp_November2009.zip. Save to an accessible location, extract the enclosed file streamdiff.lic, and copy into the /bin directory.

Note that if you are using this file for trial purposes, you are bound by the 30 Day Trial License Terms you agreed to when you downloaded the software. This license file expires on November 30, 2009.

If you purchased a license for Forms Integrity Manager for Oracle, you must obtain a permanent license file from Oracle by sending an email to licensecodes_ww@oracle.com. Include the following information:

• Licensed Product
• Company Name
• Customer Number
• CSI Number (if available)
• Machine ID
• File Type required

After validating your request, a permanent activation key will be provided within 24 hours.
