Siebel CRM products require license keys for use. This site is organized to help you select the specific license keys applicable to the Siebel CRM products you have licensed.

How to select product-specific license keys

This site contains license license key strings for Siebel CRM Enterprise Applications. Having confirmed the products licensed in the prerequisite steps above, determine which category applies to you:

If your implementation plan and objectives involve earlier Siebel software versions or do not fall into one of the above categories (such as a new implementation of earlier [pre-7.5] Siebel CRM), click here for license key support resources.

Remember that selecting license keys to access Siebel CRM software beyond that purchased and licensed by you is permitted according to the terms of the trial-license click-through agreement on Oracle Electronic Delivery .

All-Inclusive License Keys

All-inclusive license keys are provided here to grant you unrestricted access to all functionality in the Siebel CRM software. If you have already followed the directions above to select product-specific license keys, you do not need to use these all-inclusive license keys.

Although you are welcome to use these all-inclusive license keys for deployment-planning purposes, you are strongly encouraged to retrieve and apply only the product-specific license keys and/or files needed for your production implementation.

Siebel CRM

These all-inclusive license keys expire in 30-60 days, and are intended to rapidly provide access to all Siebel CRM functionality. If you choose to apply these all-inclusive license keys to your Siebel CRM installation first, you should subsequently add product-specific license keys. However, to view and access only the desired functionality provided by your product-specific license keys, you will then need to remove these all-inclusive license keys. Leaving the all-inclusive license keys in place will result in access to all functionality until they expire at the end of the 30-60 day interval. If you do not select and apply product-specific license keys, access to all Siebel functionality will be restricted when these all-inclusive license keys expire.
