Third Party Products

A number of third party products require license codes or keys to unlock functionality or to complete installation. With the exception of Oracle Retail Applications and Oracle Data Quality, these keys can be found in the Quick Installation Guide or How to Get Started Bookletcontained in the appropriate Media Pack.

Oracle Retail Applications

License codes or keys for third party products bundled with Oracle Retail Applications can be found in the Readme files available on Oracle Electronic Delivery. Look for it in the Media Pack for the appropriate Oracle Retail product.

Oracle Data Quality

Informatica Data Quality

To temporarily run Informatica Data Quality, download this temporary license file: license20100110.zip. Save to an accessible location, extract the enclosed file license.bin and copy it into the top-level Data Quality installation folder. The default installation folder is C:\Program Files\Informatica Data Quality. Please refer to the installation guide for more detailed instructions.

Note that if you are using this file for trial purposes, you are bound by the 30 Day Trial License Terms you agreed to when you downloaded the software. This license file expires on January 10, 2010.

If you purchased a license for Informatica Data Quality, you must obtain a permanent license file from Oracle by sending an email to licensecodes_ww@oracle.com. Please include the following information:

• Company Name
• Customer Number (if available)
• CSI Number (if available) or a copy of your contract including the order document showing the licensed products
• Media Access Control (MAC) address (also known as the ethernet or network address, this is the hardware address of the interface)
• Operating System

You may have to provide multiple separate MAC addresses for the development and production environments. Also, this OEM edition of Informatica Data Quality may only be used for Oracle CRM and MDM products.

After validating your request, a permanent license file will be provided within 72 hours.
